Airborne sound insulation (DnT,A): how much the separating construction attenuates voices, music and TV. Impact sound insulation (LnT,A): how much the floor attenuates footsteps and other impact noise. Testing against the BBL (Building Decree). NEN 1070 quality classification (K=1 to K=5). Frequency graphs per 1/3 octave band. Concrete improvement recommendations.
How it works in practice
The measurement takes approximately 3-4 hours on location. We need access to both apartments (yours and that of your neighbours). If the neighbours do not cooperate, we discuss the options beforehand. The report is delivered within 10 working days as a professional PDF.
Legally usable report
The report is legally usable in court, before the cantonal judge, the dispute resolution committee of the homeowners' association, the rental commission or your landlord. It meets the requirements judges set for expert reports. We act as an expert witness in court if necessary.
Cost and insurance
