We regularly cooperate with DAS Rechtsbijstand, Achmea Rechtsbijstand, ARAG and other insurers. Our reports meet the requirements these parties set: objective, compliant with NEN 5077, legally usable and clearly worded for non-technical readers (judges, lawyers, mediators).
What we offer as an independent expert
Objective sound measurement compliant with NEN 5077 and NEN-EN-ISO 16283. Standards testing against the BBL and NEN 1070 classification. Counter-expertise on reports from other consultancies. Technical substantiation for lawyers in unlawful nuisance cases (article 5:37 Dutch Civil Code). If necessary we act as an expert witness in court or before a dispute committee.
For private individuals with a legal aid policy
Many policies cover the cost of a sound measurement in a neighbour or tenancy dispute. We deliver a quote you can submit directly to your insurer. On request we provide a written explanation to your insurer about the necessity of the research and the expected costs.
