Which data do we collect?

When you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone we process your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. When requesting the NHR guideline we also process your organisation and role. When carrying out an engagement we process your address details and billing information.

Retention period and security

We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Contact details are retained for the duration of the client relationship. Financial data is retained for 7 years in accordance with statutory retention obligations. Your data is stored securely and not shared with third parties unless necessary for the execution of the engagement.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. You can submit a request via info@kgigroep.nl. We respond within 30 days. For complaints you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
