Construction stop imposed by the municipality or environmental service. Imminent deadline for a permit application. Imminent summary proceedings in a neighbour or tenancy dispute. Our emergency service approach
We aim to be on location within 48 hours with certified Class 1 measurement equipment. The measurement is performed the same day. The report is delivered as quickly as possible, in coordination with you and your lawyer or the municipality. For construction stops a preliminary measurement result can be communicated the same day.
Quality despite speed
Emergency service does not mean less quality. Our emergency measurements meet exactly the same standards (NEN 5077, NEN-EN-ISO 16283) as our regular measurements. The report is legally usable, even when delivered on an expedited basis. On request we provide a statement about the urgency and the measurement conditions that you can submit to the court or the municipality. For construction stops we engage a consultant the same day to assess the situation and carry out the measurement.
